Frequently asked questions

How do I delete my account?

Open ClearBuy, go to Settings, scroll to the bottom, and tap "Delete Account". You can also delete your account from our web deletion page. Deletion permanently removes your profile, all property data, photos, and voice notes.

How do I cancel my subscription?

ClearBuy Plus subscriptions are managed by your app store. On iOS, go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. On Android, go to Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future charges but lets you keep premium access until the end of your current billing period.

How do I restore a previous purchase?

Open ClearBuy, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases". This will sync your subscription status if you've reinstalled the app or switched devices.

Can I export my property data?

Yes. Open any property, tap the share or export option, and ClearBuy will generate a PDF report you can save or send.

How do smart notifications work?

When enabled, ClearBuy periodically checks for new listings in your target areas and notifies you when a property looks like a strong match based on your criteria and budget. You can enable or disable this from Settings.

Is my data secure?

All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS). Your data is stored in Supabase's cloud infrastructure with row-level security, meaning only you can access your own data. We do not share your data with advertisers or analytics platforms. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
